Cream cotton with a broad kara of gold zari striped through with deep green and fine grey lines. Rich, formal, and heavier than it looks.

  • Fabric: Pure cotton with gold zari
  • Weave: Handloom, Balaramapuram
  • Set: Two pieces, mundu (lower) and neriyathu (upper)
  • Body: Plain cream
  • Kara: Broad gold zari with deep green bands and checked at the end
  • Care: Dry clean recommended for the first wash, thereafter gentle hand wash in cold water separately, dry in shade, iron on medium with the zari face down
